Conference registration payment may be made online, or you can print an invoice to mail a check.

Students must request a registration code to receive the student rate. Please email a copy of your student ID or other proof of enrollment to kamappers@gmail.com to request a code.

Registration Deadlines: 

• Early Bird pricing ends: August 31  
  (KAM Member: $225      Non-Member: $275      Single-Day: $100)
• Regular pricing starts: September 1
  (KAM Member: $275      Non-Member: $325      Single-Day: $150)
• Registration closes: September 15

Cancellation Policy:
Conference registrations may be cancelled according to the following schedule:

• Full refund for cancellations received 30 or more days before the conference.
• 50% refund for cancellations received 21–29 days before the conference.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 21 days of the conference.

Requests for exceptions after the 30-day full refund period may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If circumstances arise, please contact us at kamappers@gmail.com or speak with a KAM Board Member to discuss your situation.

Pre-conference course registration is separate and not included with this form.

A convenience fee of $8.50 will be added to all registrations paid electronically to cover processing associated with electronic transactions. Please note that if a refund is requested, the convenience fee is nonrefundable. Registrations paid by invoice will not accrue the convenience fee.
