Payment may be made online, or you can print an invoice to mail a check.

Students must request a registration code to receive the student rate. Please email a copy of your student ID or other proof of enrollment to kamappers@gmail.com to request a code.

Cancellation Policy:

Conference registrations may be cancelled according to the following schedule:

  • Full refund for cancellations received 30 or more days before the conference.
  • 50% refund for cancellations received 21–29 days before the conference.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 21 days of the conference.

Requests for exceptions after the 30-day full refund period may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If circumstances arise, please contact us at kamappers@gmail.com or speak with a KAM Board Member to discuss your situation.

Please contact the hotel directly regarding its room cancellation policy, as hotel reservations are subject to the hotel's individual terms and conditions.

Pre-conference course registration is separate and not included with this form.
