Have the map in your ArcGIS Pro project use the new Low-Distortion Projected Coordinate System for Kansas.  No need to change all your data just yet, ArcGIS Pro can re-project on the fly and I'm here to tell you, it works great!

Here's how to: right click your map in the table of contents open properties > Coordinate Systems> Projected Coordinate System> County Systems>Kansas -then pick the appropriate zone for your area.
