Hi! I recently wrote a set of tools that will 1.) take a table or spreadsheet with KS  section-township-range data and geolocate it and 2.) enhance a point feature class with KS section-township-range data. The tools use the KGS LEO rest service for the conversion. The tools will be shared on the DASC & KGS hubs when done, and it will all be open source.
