Hello fellow Kam members, I am reaching out to other counties in regards to a feature called Parcel Fabric in ArcGIS Pro. This was all unfamiliar to me until recently when a vendor hosted a Zoom giving a quick rundown on how to maintain and create parcels using this tool. I was completely lost because as of right now I just manage my parcels along with all our other data using the more simple tools available within ArcPro and have no issues. To me this method of creating a parcel fabric seemed a bit more complicated. When asked about it, I was given the impression that eventually we should strongly think about migrating to this method. The cost for them to set this up was quoted at $17,000 which would include the setup and training. So does anyone know what this is, if it's something I should worry about? I like to keep things simple and wondered if somethings happening in the ESRI world that I am not up on. Thank you in advance.
