Data Driven Pages not working!

I have checked the project out over and over and looked at my setup and cannot figureout why I am getting an "unexpected error occurred" when trying to export my data driven pages as pdf's.

The only thing I can think of is my Adobe Acrobat Reader just upgraded automatically.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks!

Could it be a problem with size of the temp file generated being too large for your computer's memory resources? What resolution are you using?

I don't think it's a size/memory issue...I have exported this before on several occasions. Thank you for replying I'll continue to research. It's probably something small I'm overlooking.

Hi Sherie, do you know how to access the advanced settings utility in ArcGIS10.5.1, I was able to send the data driven pages directly to the printer which works, however I stil can't export them to pdf. I'll keep digging. Thanks for offering help.

    Hi Tina,

Just a thought... Since you mentioned that you can print the DD pages, have you tried printing to PDF instead of exporting?  If you need GeoPDFs this will not work for you, but if just need a regular PDFs this may be a work around for you.

We have also noticed some issues with adobe acrobat not printing correctly in ArcMap. We have switched to using FoxIT PDF which performs the same function as Acrobat without the issues.
