Introduction to ArcGIS Pro

In this workshop, we cover basic GIS terminology and complete hands-on exercises to learn how to create and style a printable map using data from a file geodatabase and an Excel spreadsheet. This is a great opportunity for people who have not had formal training on desktop software and are interested in learning the fundamentals of geographic information systems. Topics include: basic GIS terminology, options for geospatial data storage, setting up a Pro project, setting symbology and labeling, and creating a layout.
